And it wasn't even close: Ashley Force, she of the funny car drag racing -- which isn't exactly a sport that sends men into dreamy thoughts of female beauty -- has decisively taken down the field in the AOL Sports Hot Female Athlete Contest, rolling Jennie Finch in the final 79%-21%. That's a really impressive victory, given Finch's established status as one of the most beautiful women in sports, and high name-recognition among most people. Finch and Force are both in fringe sports, but Finch is by far the more famous of the two, rendering Force's win that much more unlikely.
But the fun doesn't end there. Force will now face off against Tom Brady, who took home an equally decisive title over Andy Roddick in the Hot Male Athlete bracket. How exactly these two people will graded against one another is beyond me. As a guy, I'm fully willing to admit that Tom Brady is a handsome fellow -- and he certainly has an enviable life -- but when it comes to "hotness," is any straight guy going to take Brady over Force? Likewise, is any straight gal going to vote against Brady? Who will hit the polls harder: men or women? Not to mention homosexual voting patterns and the key bisexual swing vote. The politics are mind-boggling.
I do know this, though: Ashley Force is your female champ. And no amount of sexual confusion in the final round can rob her of her hotness.

at last a winner. next round, got to go with ashley, i'll agree with you tom brady is a good looking man, but being a red blooded american male, my vote goes to ashley, i have to admit , that i'm also a fringe sport type of person, skiing, vollyball, drag racing,sports where individual, performance stands out. i do like baseball though. nhra has a huge following, fans that will take the time to vote, so that their sport will be recognized. that said ashley all the way.

I knew Ashley would win, now she just has to kick Tom Brady's butt. GO ASHLEY!
Tom Brady is a good looking guy for being an athlete, for sure. But Ashley Force is a supermodel/actress-type who just happened to have a dad who excelled in a sport and she followed in his footsteps. If Ashley Force were anybody else's daughter, you'd see her on the big screen, the small screen or print media, not surrounded by loud noises, grease and dust. The coolest thing is, she looks THAT good AND also performs at a level most people can only dream about. She is, easily and by far, the hottest athlete ever.
Finch is by far the more famous of the two? Do you spend any time researching the contestants? Let's see, Finch gets air time every four years in the olympics. Ashley is on almost every weekend on ESPN2 Drag Racing coverage, in addition to the two years on A&Es TV show about her and her family. Finch squeaks by her competetion in this contest and Ashley obliterates hers. Come on Drag Racing Fans, let's get Ashley this Wally!!

Why address a voters sexual preferance, similar to looking at issues via race, we’ll never get resolve till all people start accepting the constitution in whole “… all men are created equal…”. This shouldn’t even be an issue, and will never take a back set as long as people like yourself keep trying to create hardship.
Lastly, “ The politics are mind-boggling.” Just what we need, another political analyist, spin doctor or what ever, what gives the right to make the slightest referance to any of this when it’s more than apparent your knowledge of the contestants is so limited it’s embarassing, if not by you but atleast by the masses for you.

In motorized sports the Force name is Famous and the daughters are Hot with Ashley being the “Hottest”. In Drag Racing the object is to leave the line the quickest and hardest and to get to the other end (the finish line) first. So far Ashley has had fantastic reaction times out of the gate and has charged hard at mid track to win this “Hottest Female Athlete” event. Drag Racing is a one big family and as with other families we take care of our own and Ashley is our own. I predict that Ashley will win the over all “Hottest Athlete” event also.
Why do you now have 4 Guys Photos on the Home Page? It took awhile to Find the Place to Vote this Time. Trying to Slow the Voting are We? When does this Voting End? How about an ending Date So We don't Go over two Days like Last Time? Go Ashley...Your The Winner for Sure.

What do you mean "fringe sport"? NHRA drag racing is second only to NASCAR in all of motorsports, and the National Hot Rod Association is the world's largest sanctioning body!
That's not even counting the IHRA, and dozens of other "alphabet" associations!
What I want to know is two things.
1) Why is it you always had someone else besides Ashley's picture below the poll, linking to this blog, and now, no picture at all? I had to hunt for this blog!
2) Why are the other poll questions mysteriously gone? Earlier, there were questions asking who was hotter in their street clothes, who was hotter in their uniform (Ashley was just killing Brady in those areas!)and also asking which was hotter drag racing or football? (Hint, drag racing was ahead)
