The Roughriders won their third Grey Cup today, their first in 18 years, by defeating the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 23-19 in the 2007 Grey Cup, held at Toronto's Rogers Centre. First of all, the national anthem was sung by the Bare Naked ladies, not Burton Cummings.
Dinwiddie never played for the Roughriders...EVER!!

Apologies, the writer is neither, but just absent minded. An article comparing Winnipeg to Saskatchewan, and has mysteriously disappeared, implied Mr. Cummings was singing the national anthem and the coincidence that Lenny Kravitz was performing at halftime. The line "Dinwiddie came to the Roughriders" is an honest mistake.
