Elie Seckbach, the Embedded NBA Correspondent, brings his exclusive video reporting to FanHouse. Check back regularly for more videos.
Every star athlete needs help to get where they are. In this video we talk to Samuel Sumyk, coach of Tennis Superstar Vera Zvonareva. Samuel tells us what it takes to make it to the highest levels of the game. We also find out why many tennis coaches of star players only last a few months on the job. Around 2:15 into the video we talk to Jung-Jan Chan, an Olympic prospect who some think will win the gold. She tells us about the difficulties of having a coach who happens to be her dad.

I would hate for my coach to be my dad, I worked with mine for years, and I hated it! Well if it can work for her and the Williams sisters, then it must work... just not for me!

Well for some people, having your parents as a coach is okay, like the Williams sisters, but for others it can be hell!
