Berry, a lingerie football linebacker, is suing her ex-boyfriend, Mark Dawson, because the 45-year-old safe dating expert (no idea either) allegedly sent some racy pictures around after Melissa wouldn't pay Berry money for his broken phone.
Here is the story as she tells it. Berry, who is 24 and attractive, took some nude photos with Dawson's cell phone, including one of a "particularly private, intimate sexual act." When the two broke up, Dawson showed the pictures to a couple of buddies which prompted Berry to destroy the guy's cell phone. Dawson, who was mad about the broken phone, called Berry's mother (class act, this guy) to demand money for the damaged phone, and when Berry didn't pay it back, he posted the pictures online and emailed one to her mother.
"I could have had her arrested and I didn't," Dawson said, defending his actions. "All I wanted was this phone back. I am a decent guy ... It's girls like this I fight against in the work that I do."Now, Melissa is asking for $15,000 in damages because of this situation.
I have to say, of all the lingerie football models I've dated, none have ever broke my phone after emailing naked pictures around the Internet. I guess Melissa is just a bad apple. Mark seems like a great guy who makes solid decisions after considering all factors.
Nude pictures to her mom? That just screams "decent guy."

I couldn't freaking agree more.....
Your both IDIOTS!
Exactly why are they idiots?
You're absolutely right. I'm a guy who finds those comments disturbing. I have no regard for guys who says those things.
It's you're not your. You happen to be an ignorant idiot.
the reason that they are idiots should be easy, but maybe you are the same. the comment says it all"they are sluts". Are you sure? do you know from experience with these young ladies or are you just jealous that they look good and you don't????
how many times do you have to be told? if you don't want nude photos showing up somewhere then.... DON'T TAKE THEM. seems she had no problem prancing around in her undies ACTING like she knew how to play football.
KEPP IT UP GREAT LADIES
So since when does performing sexual acts for your significant other make you a slut?
And since when does showing your body on the field make you a slut or a bad person either?
More people should be comfortable with their bodies.
I guess all models are bad people as well.
You might as well call every person on a beach a slut or a bad person, too.
FIRSTLY, WHO CARES SECOND, duhhhhhhhhhhh
didnt she show off her body during the games?
oh please.........this is a girl like MANY who would pose nude for Playboy in a heartbeat..........she's just mad because she's not in control over those pics.....well done, ex dude
Since when does showing off your body in skimpy lingerie with the sole purpose of entertaining men who certainly didn't come to watch you play sports make you a slut? Since always. The fact that people here would defend running around in your underwear so men can drool over you as some sort of empowering thing is probably the reason why "stripper" made the top ten list for 11 year old girls' dream jobs in 2007. Don't take nude pictures of yourself, unless you're getting paid and don't care who sees, or you're married and SURE they're not going anywhere. I know, the woman didn't intend for her mother to see her pictures, so it wasn't right to show them to her...BUT, it REALLY wasn't right (in fact, it's illegal) for her to BREAK his phone, so whatever. They're both idiots, so who cares?

pwn
They're both wrong. However, she is 24 and I've known quite a few women her age who mad the same short-sighted decision; taking nude pics will usually come back to bite you. However, HE is 45 and a "safe dating expert" (WTF? Maybe he should take his own advice). A mature man would not stoop to bragging and showing his ex' nude pics to his buddies. Bad enough, but to then e-mail one to her MOM is downright crude and immature! I can't really fault the girl for breaking his phone; she was hurt and felt betrayed. She could have done much worse. IMO, HE'S a bigger idiot than she is.
Why didn't she just DELETE the pictures from the phone? But for him to send them to her Mom, he's an ass.
I don't see anything wrong with taking nude pics with your significant other. You need to keep a relationship exciting. Most men watch porn. Why not act it out for him. How exciting it is for a man to see his woman doing those things.
Just because of the fact she plays football naked doesn't mean he has the right to show those pictures. They were taken in trust and she should not have been betrayed.
Remember ladies... If you don't keep your relationship exciting some other woman will ; )
.... and yes... this is coming from a happily married woman!
Right on Kim, I took nude photos of a girl I was with for 17 years. We seperated almost 14 years ago and to this day no one else has seen them. This guy is a jerk!!
You see nothing wrong with taking these type pictures? are ya nuts? Look what happens. Dont ever let your husband or boyfriend take nude pictures of you EVER, they come back to haunt you
ok that tells us a lot about you.....but anyway....seriously if your just dating you should do something else "exiting" like go eat at a restaraunt then go to a movie hang out with friends any one of those things
coolshades... I'm not talking about immediately in a relationship but if you're together for a while or married as I am then why not. Guys are gonna watch porn and look at naked women no matter what they say. It's just a little fantasy, if you're in a commited relationship and trust each other there should be no issues.
NevRsetL4less, we don't ALL like to brag. The last I'd do is brag about how good my woman is in bed. I know what dogs OTHER guys are; they'd be hanging around my house, hittin up on her. And if your ex is one of those that likes to brag, what's his number so I can call and see if he still has those pics. :-D
