For the Oakland Raiders, "Commitment to Excellence" has taken on a whole new meaning in recent years. The organization has won 24 times in six seasons, and owner Al Davis is solely responsible for the current predicament. The latest move -- sending the Patriots a 2011 first-round pick for Richard Seymour -- virtually guarantees that the ineptitude will continue. And if you're wondering how Davis, who shipped Randy Moss to New England for a fourth-rounder in 2007, manages to sustain the haplessness, the Raiders trade chart cheat sheet might hold some clues.
A glimpse into the madness after the jump.

I am a die-hard Raiders fan, but this "cheat sheet" is so funny it hurts. I hope Al Davis gets a copy of this article. Maybe someone can put it on an overhead projector and read it aloud at a press conference for him.
I am sorry to say that all this talk about my raiders is not cool. yea i know we are having a rough time right now but if you are a true raider fan you will stick with us through thick and thin. we,ll get there ok dont worry just stick around and youll see.
You'll get there ok, dont worry? Ill tell you what, as awful as it sounds, the sooner big Al kicks it the better. Football should not be a joke in one of the biggest markets in the world.
As a Bronco Fan....... I really appreciate Al Davis. Otherwise we would be the worst.
As long as Al is in charge, the NFL will never let the Raiders win. They get hall of fame players that some how "forget" how to play without penalties called on them. Every year the same crap about cleaning up the mistakes, changing tha additude. My personal favorite after they loose another one is the rotating commintators saying "They are SELF DESTRUCTING AGAIN' and when they loose by 3 don't mention the touchdown they took away on a bull crap replay in the second quater. He got one foot down two foot down and contol of the ball and his hip hit down in the endzon butttt he may have blink getting up for the touchdown dance.
The NFL is easy, be a friend owner Giants Pats Steelers or get a new stadium built and you too can go to the playoffs.
