Tom Brady is back, folks. And, no, I don't mean in terms of football -- it was pretty clear he's still struggling to regain his form on the field (although some fantasy experts will wisely tell you to buy low on him). No, I mean that he's back in our sweet, sweet, TMZ-enriched lives.

What for this time? Why, it involves his wedding with Gisele, of course. Except now it's not all about pretty dresses and flowers and love-making and whatnot. No, now it's about shutting down someone's photo shoot with bodyguards ... who were packing heat and allegedly squeezed off a few rounds at said photographers.
In the suit, filed today in federal court in NY, the photogs claim 5 other men joined in -- and refused to let the one captive snapper go.

[...]In the docs, the men claim they tried to speed away from the security team, and that's when, "the Brady/Bundchen bodyguards opened fire with pistols."

The men claim the bullets "shattered" the rear window of the SUV" and "narrowly missed striking the heads" of the two photogs.
TMZ has photos -- of course they do! -- of the SUV with broken glass, although I'm sure before that's considered "proof," Horacio Kañe's* crew will need to run some tests on it.
And really, until there is actual proof there's no use in speculating about how this happened -- it's just important to remember that sometimes, when you're a famous Dreamboat-styled Michigan quarterback, you have to deal with getting 1,600 Facebook messages and random people at your nuptials. Also: when you're a strange person with a camera at a famous, Dreamboat-styled Michigan quarterback's wedding, you have to deal with the occasional (and alleged) bullet flying through the back of your car and past your head.

Seriously, though, if this real -- and not just a scam to pull some cash from Brady -- then the bodyguards need to be fired ... right before they go to jail. And Brady might want to think about a quiet financial settlement so this goes away quickly.

* Costa Rican counterpart to Horatio Caine. Obviously.
