'Skins Fans Reduced to Giving Interviews While Wearing Paper Bags

"I don't know what to do" is a meme put forth by fans, coaches, critics ... anybody with a passing interest in the Washington Redskins.

In the wake of the most recent loss -- a hard-to-watch 14-6 showing against the previously winless Chiefs -- Jim Zorn has been stripped of his play-calling duties (his job title is sure to follow), Jason Campbell was benched (good news: he has his job back!), and the torch-and-pitchfork crowd is mobilizing.

And some of them are doing it while sporting a paper bag. Like this disgruntled fan, for example.

The best part? Paper Bag Guy gives his name to the NBC4 reporter, and it's pretty easy to make out his face. Sorta defeats the purpose of wearing the bag, but maybe we shouldn't let that obscure the point. Tom Schneider, speaking for an entire fan base: "It's bad. I'm wearing a bag on my head. Each time we say that this is as bad as it can get ... but each week we say, again, this is as bad as it can get. I don't know what to do."

Almost certain things are going to get worse on Monday night when the Eagles come to town. Call it a hunch.

There is a happy ending, however: Schneider will be attending every remaining Redskins home game in 2009. "I've already paid Danny Snyder his money this year. I'm afraid I'm going the rest of the season." Okay, maybe it's not that happy.
