Chicago native and New York Knicks center Eddy Curry has 16 of his tattoos. After the jump, he talks about every one of them. Along the way he also offers advice to teenagers thinking of getting some ink ("A mom and dad tat" can help the parents come around), explains that the "Angels and Demons" tattoo on his calf took two six-hour sessions and was "excruciating ... I'm talking about pretty painful." (Duly noted.)
The best part: Curry's retelling of Bulls guard Anthony Roberson's tat.
That and the video below.
"Anthony Roberson ... man, he's got this tattoo. It's supposed to say 'In loving memory,' but he spelled 'memory' with two m's. So we were like, 'yo, man ... I'm sorry about what happened or whatever, but that's spelled wrong.' He was like, 'Yeah, I know, but it was spelled wrong in the obituary so they just put it on my arm like that.'
I was like, '... That's no excuse...' Then he got it fixed up and it was still spelled wrong."
