Va'Shaundya O'Neal Files for Separation From Shaquille

Va'Shaundya O'Neal, otherwise known as Shaunie, is once again splitting from Shaquille O'Neal -- and this time she claims the differences are irreconcilable.

Va'Shaundya O'Neal filed for legal separation with intent to divorce Monday in Los Angeles. According to the AP report, she's seeking spousal and child support and full legal custody of the couple's four children.

The O'Neals, who have been married for almost seven years, nearly split for good in 2007 when Shaq, then with Miami, filed for divorce. Following a dispute over money, the couple later decided against it.

"Obviously, this is a difficult time for our family, and we request that the media respect our privacy," Shaq said in a statement released by the team Tuesday night. "I will continue to focus on being there for our children and I am confident that Shaunie will do the same."

Of course, there is a prenuptial agreement in place here, as well as the chance these two get back together again. As of now, it only stands as intent to divorce.

The "marriage system"????? It's not a system. It is a life time committment. If you can't make that kind of committment, then don't get married. Do people even know what getting married really means?

Unfortunately just another gold diggin female looking for a meal ticket...what a shame! cuz this gives the rest of the decent ladies that are out there a bad reputation. Shaq shoulda went with his original plan and called it in 2007, now this woman is after a little payback from possibly being hurt over all this 2 years ago, glad it's not me.
